It doesn’t take a thought shower or much blue sky thinking to arrive at the no-brainer that corporate jargon has become a game-changer. However, a survey by Glassdoor now identifies the most irritating such phrases. If you wish to embark on a journey to discover which ones made the list, my suggestion to you is: first get your ducks in a row, then socialise the idea with your team and run it up the flagpole. Finally, once you’ve touched base offline with your colleagues, just pick it up and run with it, and circle back to me when you’re through. Hopefully, everyone will be singing from the same hymn sheet, but if you don’t like the answer, then get off the bus. I think I just might.
